Somebody Needs To “De-Fluff” Bobby Harrell’s Wikipedia Page

fluff

While researching a story we wrote earlier today about the curious silence of S.C. Speaker Bobby Harrell as it relates to the scandals currently enveloping Gov. Mark Sanford, we happened to stumble upon one of the most annoyingly pro-Harrell websites we’ve ever seen.

Oh yeah … it’s Harrell’s Wikipedia page.

Here’s a sample of the fluffage …

… Bobby has poured his heart and soul into helping people. His diligent work on property tax relief for homeowners, his efforts toward improving education and the opportunities for South Carolina’s children, and his sponsorship of major economic development legislation have not gone unnoticed. Numerous state and national organizations have honored him for his service. But Bobby isn’t striving for recognition. He’s striving for positive change in the communities he serves and in the state as a whole.

GAG!

Are you friggin’ kidding us? We know Speaker Harrell has plenty of fluffers, but damn! We didn’t know they wrote his Wikipedia page, too!

Wonder how long it will take before a more honest assessment of the Speaker pops up?

Try looking at CSOL’s wiki page. At one point, they claimed to “essentially” be the oldest law school in the country. They have taken out all references to the otter pissing incident, their influencing the bar exam scandal and their dismissal employment statistics. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charleston_School_of_Law)

Even the school claims they are “essentially” the oldest. (”The Charleston School of Law is rooted in tradition. In fact, its origins predate the formation of the oldest law school in the country.”) http://www.charlestonlaw.edu/about.htm

A complete joke and totally untrue by one of the newest and worst schools ever.

I think they have Bobby beat in the fluff.

I had to handcuff myself to the desk to keep from editing the hell out of that page. I’m going to quit laughing so hilariously, calm down and maybe tackle a truthful edit of the fluffer page.

Harrell is no David Wilkins. OOooooouuuuuccccchhhhhhh! He hates it when people compare him to Wilkins. And he goes bananas when another House member gets praise that he doesn’t get. Most of all he’s a nerd.

If you like politics, and you like laughing at Wikipedia, then this complete study of the 100 biographical articles about the U.S. senators on Wikipedia should be entertaining:

http://www.mywikibiz.com/Wikipedia_Vandalism_Study

You’d think the articles about 100 of the most important politicians in the country would be kept pretty clean. Not so, at least 6.8% of the time.

Would you serve a gallon of water to your family, if you knew that it had a cup of piss in it? That’s about 6.8%, folks. That’s Wikipedia. Six-point-eight percent sewage.

Gregory, you’re a bitter misfit with nothing better to do than troll the web for stories about Wikipedia so you can trash them.

Don’t you think it’s about time you grew up?

Not many people know but The Arthur Ravenel Bridge is presently going through committee at the SCDOT to have the name officially changed to The Robert Harrell Bridge, it’s only right and every reader here at Fits know it. Also the City of Charleston is going to have a special referendum to have it’s name changed to the City of Harrelton, long overdue but finally the referendum is in motion; thanks to Bobby, Yeah Bobby!. These two changes will go along nicely with the interestate in Charleston; oops (Harrelton) that is already named in his honor, The Bobby Harrell Interstate System. Remember when they used to name bridges and buildings and such after dead people; those days are gone.

Now leave Bobby alone you bad people. Bad Bad Bad.
Get used to it.
Bobby for Governor!

Love, Jet Black
