With the debate raging over whether the federal government should force states to ban “texting while driving,” we figured that one of the best services we could perform during our “vacation” week was to provide some examples of places where it is still perfectly permissible for state residents to send “txt mssgs” without being blackmailed for their fair share of federal highway dollars.

Don’t get us wrong … we plan on continuing to rail like hell against any attempt to circumvent the states’ authority on this one, but we think it’s important to have a positive component to your message, too.
