Sure is hard to say, they all rely upon each other to function properly.

Gotta go with education. If we want a better future we've got to educate properly. Jobs can be created through education by hiring more teachers, aides, bus drivers, etc. My daughter's schools have always had excellent nurses and teachers and if they noticed some health issue with a child they would see that it got properly treated. (Gotta give a shout-out here in Cheraw to Principal Scott Eddins, our PTOs, teachers, Principal Kim Burch, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, etc.)

Lots of them are politically active so they keep up with government spending somewhat and voice their concerns.

School district employees get paid too much, they should share the wealth and economize more.

If politicos like Sanfraud would be honest (he knew his role, could have used his imagination instead of chasing Argentine ass) and get their shit together we could focus more on improving these areas instead of worrying about how government is spending money.

Just my take on things.
