Autopsy Shows We Don’t Care

An autopsy of the Michael Jackson story has determined that the media has officially beat it to death – and yet is continuing to inflict postmortem wounds.

Seriously, people … what is this? Week five? Frankly, we’re sick of being sick (of being sick) of this story.

At this point, they might as well create a friggin’ Michael Jackson channel and get it over with. At least that way the rest of us could flip away from this mind-numbing soap opera about a guy who quit being important a few decades ago.

We hate to sound brusque about it, but we could give a rat’s ass what (or who) killed the “King of Pop.” We could give a rat’s ass what happens to his money, his kids or that gay ass mansion he lived in.

And one other thing – if this is the reaction that the death of Michael Jackson brings, then the MSM damn well better stop the world on its axis when Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney or Bono ends up kicking the bucket.

hey you forgot about that all too important bastion of our american and global pop culture “Jimmy Buffett.” What are we going to do when Jimmy Buffet dies? I mean my life revolves around him. I memorized all of his song lyrics. I go to ALL of his concerts. I make icees in his 299 dollar margarita maker and buy his frozen shrimp at costco. And then there is my personalized license plate WWJD which means “What would JIMMY do!

This is SO rude. Michael Jackson was, and still is important to me, and thousands and millions of other people. Just because YOU don’t give a ‘rats ass’ what happens to his kids, or his money, or whatever it may be, doesn’t mean that there aren’t people that do. The man, was amazing, talented, GENEROUS. I am a HUGE Beatle fan, and I feel that if you love something, or someone, you are honest about it. Michael Jackson was smart, and Paul McCartney has MORE than enough money to pay for his songs. If he wasn’t such a cheapo, he would have the catalog. That was HIS fault. Of course the world will be devasted when they die, but right now, they aren’t, so let Michael Jackson get his coverage. He quit being important to you, but not to many other people. Show some goddamn respect… It’s like, just because he is dead, people are becoming more vicious. Sure, he had his faults, I don’t believe he did any of that shit he was accused of, but he also did many generous things…

RIP Michael<3

OK, so you seriously think the world will mourn Bob Dylan or Bono more than Michael? Do you think people all over the world will care? Prisoners will sing and dance their songs? People in Africa will cry? You are naive…People care about Michael because he cared. Because he was strange and unhappy.

Only Sir McCartney comes close, but he seems to be having very comfortable life. He won’t be a hero.

He’s DEAD… You can’t get him to rape your children any more…

If you want a multi-million dollar payoff… play the lottery…

And MJ was a hero? How did he change the world in any sense? You people are sick.

Yeah, he did some good stuff but he knew better than to sleep in the same bed with some other people’s kids. EVERY PARENT KNOWS THAT! He needed help, but was too narcassistic to get it.

And hell yeah Bono better be recognized when he goes.

So THAT is why all the kids were running around Neverland with their pants at half mast … mourning, right?

Yep, according to the autopsy results, he’s dead. Let’s leave it that way and move on.

Michael Jackson had talent, no one can dispute that. He was a great dancer,a talented singer/performer. But the issues and controversy that scarred his life also affected how people will look at him. Whether it is the alleged drug use,the pedophila, the skin/platic surgery, etc. not everyone is going to stand up arms waiving and cry for him. We didn’t do it for John Lennon,Elvis,Frank Sinatra or anyone else. Yes a lot of people were touched, tears were shed, emotions ran long and wide. But the world kept spinning. Many will miss him and the both the good and the bad but nothing we say here can ever even begin to describe the emotions that Blanket,Prince and Paris are feeling. Let’s let go of this, the world is still spinning, life goes on,say a prayer for him now or save it until the morning after.
