Rethinking “Embedded”

We’ve always thought the term “embedded” was incredibly gay.

It got even gayer when Barack Obama’s Ministry of Public Thought (a.k.a. the U.S. mainstream media) started using the term to describe reporters who covered the various presidential candidates.

Embedded on a political campaign trail? So gay.

Of course, when CBS’s Lara Logan decided to “embed” herself in Iraq and Afghanistan recently …

Yeah … that is NOT gay.
