I've heard Marchant was a member of The Mimics while attending USC -- a group of frat boys who performed at parties and local clubs in black face...afros, black face, white gloves, etc. If true, all Bauer may get from Black Label Strategies is a black eye. Blue Cross underwrite the state High Risk Group. The High Risk Group is also tied up with CVS and Caremark, for drug coverage but CVS and Caremark take months to refund prescription payments. You see, it looks like the state of South Carolina is running the Social Security SYSTEM for the people of this state. We do NOT have access to the "real" United States of America Social Security Administration downtown. BCBS lobby people....... hmmmmmmmm how interesting.
