“He Got What He Deserved”
South Carolina’s “serial spree” killer is dead.
State law enforcement personnel have confirmed that Patrick Tracy Burris – the suspect who was shot and killed by North Carolina police yesterday morning – is the man responsible for killing five Gaffney, S.C. residents beginning on June 27.
Ballistics evidence, cell phone records and a “unique characteristic” of Burris’ gray Ford Explorer confirmed the identification.
“He got what he deserved,” one local resident said of the slain murderer.
Burris, 41, was recently paroled from a North Carolina prison after serving eight years on five different felony counts of breaking and entering and larceny. Prior to that, Burris had been convicted on numerous other criminal counts in four other states.
Authorities are currently investigating whether or not Burris may be responsible for other deaths in the area.

At least taxpayers won’t have to spend millions per year on trial and incarceration while he sits on death row for decades, living the high life (unlike his victims).

Just sorry he didn’t suffer more before he died. Appropriate headline.

He did not get what he deserved……If he got what he deserved he would have had a life sentence from all of his previous crimes and innocent people would still be alive.

Sad to say, but this is probably just the beginning for SC. It won’t be long before we hear about more crimes and probably murders committed by someone let out of a North Carolina prison early.
York county has been dealing with Charlotte’s broken justice system for a long time, but now the state of NC is turning people loose like crazy just to save a few bucks.

Mickey Blue Eyes death row is not the high life and nor should it be.You have the wrong idea about death row far from the high life.I know because i spend time there with a prison ministry i work with.Like i said it should not be the Hilton but its far from the high life not making excuses just saying.
