This is a man who called for the resignation of Pres. Clinton and others, and ran his first campaign on family values and honesty in Government. Please do not tell me that he needs to stay in office. I think he would be better off leaving USA for the exotic regions. But that aside, his real problem is that he left his office with no one in charge. He was unavailable in case of emergency. State employees are fired after 3 days of “leaving their post”. (not calling in for 3 days.) How can he lead this state? We can not trust him, and it is obvious that he still loves this woman. Let him follow his heart.

Leviticus 20:10 says we must execute Mark Sanford and this woman for their adultery. I’m sure it was an oversight all this bible talk left out that verse.

As “the voice for biblical values in public life” the family council knows the scriptures. So let us know which method you recommend, Oran — maybe stoning? How about a poll, Will?

Even in this chaos it appears that the Sanfords are better than the rest of us. I hope they work it out. I think they will.

If Sanford resigns the rednecks in the legislature will run amok…If you thought the government was bad during reconstruction(most legislators unable to read and bending overbackwards for their carpetbagger controllers) wait until Mark Sanford is gone and the wretched hive of scum and villainy turns it attentions, fully, to your rights and your wealth.

I can forgive him, especially if his wife can.

But if he resigns and lets Andre Bauer in the Governor’s office, I will hold a grudge forever.
