Kathleen Parker Completes Us
We’ve been “girl-crushing” on nationally-syndicated columnist Kathleen Parker for some time now … ever since we first began this website, as a matter of fact.
Seriously, what’s not to love? She’s hot … she’s smart … she’s got mad skills with the pen … and best of all, she speaks her mind no matter who she pisses off.
A woman after our own hearts … not to mention a woman our founding editor has always been “after.”
In fact, when Parker started feeling the “cold shoulder” from fellow conservatives last year for taking such a dim view of GOP diva Sarah Palin, our founding editor personally offered to warm her up.
True story.
Needless to say, when we received word from a friend of ours in Michigan earlier today that both Sic Willie and FITSNews had gotten some love in one of Parker’s twice-weekly columns, well, we damn near fell out of our hammocks.
Could it be true?
That rascal Sic has been walking around with a big smile on his face all weekend …

She is, all hands down, The Best, even if I did like Palin. She is a REAL journalist from whom all others should be taking lessons.

Kathleen Parker is a gusher without any coherent set of moral principles to guide her. I don’t know how you can read her column about being on AF1 with the Obamas and still respect her journalistic instincts. KP is out to get in with the dinner circuit and maintain her image with the D.C. crowd.
Her attacks on Sarah Palin were simply vicious and utterly unfounded, not to mention pompous and condescending. KP is an armchair lightweight whose opinions aren’t even worth the time it takes to refute them.
