Haley used Starboard and the firm’s B.J. Boling on her House races, but from what I can tell Boling and the Starboard firm are working for Barrett’s campaign, along with Jim Dyke. Haley is using Jon Lerner and his firm out of DC which is who Sanford used in 2006. She also has some folks formerly from Rudy’s campaign and the SC Policy Council working on her campaign.

I don’t know whether Barrett is also using the Warren Tompkins/TTS/Wes Donehue web crowd. Maybe someone else knows.
