BIN,

Which children have suffered? The ones who don't play golf on the state run courses? The ones who can't make it down to see the Hunley Museum? the ones who can't attend slush-fund recipient causes like the Green Bean Museum, Okra Strut, etc.?

All the money required to do what the state SHOULD do is available and more. The fact that the Legislature wastes millions of dollars on pet projects, patronage, and pork is not lost on those of us who keep an eye on things. It's the easily duped who keep the status quo intact.

gub'ner sanfraud holds a chart showing the clear decline in economic development and employment in S.C. under his administration

sic(k) willie wrote "Gov. Mark Sanford will not contest an upcoming S.C. Supreme Court decision..." Which means he knows he's toast.

sic(k) one and gub'ner sanfraud have known from the start.

This was all about sanfraud's grandstanding.

While S.C. children, schools and teachers suffer.

Looking forward to the bumper stickers: "Palin/Sanfraud"

And underneath: "Republi-tarians for Amerika"

Not in favor of the Governor or the General Assembly, but I think it has everything to do with the personality of the Governor, not being a people person, and the General Assembly Leadership which only looks out for itself. They don't even care about their own party members. I feel it is a great time to wipe the Governor and the leadership of the House and Senate from office. None of them are doing South Carolinians any benefit!!!

You need a lesson in SC Constitutional law FITS. Not saying it's right, but it gives great weight to the General Assembly in terms of power, however, Governors as far back as I can remember have been able to accomplish a great deal of their agenda with the same, if not less power, than the current Governor. It speaks to leadership skills....of which our current governor and staff sorely lack.
