Atlantic Beach Fires Town Manager

A coastal S.C. town known for its black biker weekends (and financial troubles) has fired its town manager.

Amid pressure following FITS two-part investigation (click here and here), Atlantic Beach town manager Kenneth McIver was removed from his position yesterday by a 3–1 vote of town council.

That McIver was fired is about as much as we can hope for – seeing as he intentionally lied about official town business and then sought to cover it up.

Oh, “allegedly.”

Of course in an era of Obama-driven black insurgency, it’s not surprising that reprisal can come only at the hands of an all-black town council.

Anybody but a black man – yes, McIver’s black – would have been charged for fraud or obstruction of justice in this situation. But those appear to be the sorts of charges that are reserved exclusively for the white population of Atlantic Beach, which according to our census count is 1 out of 351.

Still, it’s good news that McIver has been fired as the town’s manager – even if, immediately upon his dismissal, he was offered the position of town “consultant.”

Needless to say, we will continue to track this story …

The town’s government always has been, is, and always will be a colossal clusterfuck. The land is worth a fortune and the place looks like a third-world country. It’s a joke.

Atlantic Beach has been screwed up for as long as I remember, this has nothing to do with the current President of the United States. You know that as well, Mande you are an embarassment to logic and reason. The sad thing is the number of people who will ignorantly believe your dreck.

    “Black insurgency”????

    Just what is that, exactly?

Particularly in a town that, as Mande states, is majority black. How would black leadership there represent any sort of insurgency?

Will — I’m surprised you actually allow this non-sense (and Mande’s consistently strange writing when the matter of race is involved….then again, you’re the one who compares public education to slavery) on your highly-esteemed web site.
