So I asked a contact at the County Courthouse to search tax records for Mercy Ministries and found that the property in question was purchased by MTV Properties, LLC so I had another contact do a search and guess what? MTV Properties, LLC is owned by none other than Rep Vick. In March 2007, his LLC bought the property and then sold it to Mercy Ministries for $12,500. thus netting Rep Vick's company a modest profit.
