If you voted for Bright because of this stupid position, that’s pathetic. And he’s not doing a great job if represents this point of view. It’s actually counterintuitive to conservative values to try to regulate what people do with their body. Or did you miss that in civics class? Oh, I get it: You’re like the rest of the right wingers up there on the “westside of Spartanburg” who say you shouldn’t regulate anything except morality. Please. This state has bigger problems.

Lee Bright is my state senator, and he is doing a great job. Anyone who suggests otherwise forgets that all he is doing is representing the views of the majority of us living on the westside of Spartanburg.

You care more about an unborn child than a woman’s rights (typical man), legislator’s and their wasteful spending habits, higher taxes, loss of jobs, etc. Get over DUDE! Even the Catholics are coming around! Let’s find a common ground! I’m glad the bill failed. The legislature should worry less about a woman’s right and fix the damn budget/loss of jobs! Which is more of a mess? Something one woman pays for – legally or everyone having to pay for these mofos mistakes at the Statehouse? Priorities PEOPLE!
