Here’s The Craigslist Lawsuit

Now that Craigslist officially has S.C. Attorney General Henry McMaster running for the South Carolina foothills, the only question is whether or not the website keeps its boot on the grandstanding Republican’s neck.

As we’ve mentioned previously, we hope so.

And since there are so many lawyers reading this site, we figured we’d hook everybody up with the official Craigslist request for injunctive relief that was filed today in U.S. District Court in Charleston, S.C.
