Kelly Payne Is Live On FITS Radio
S.C. school teacher Kelly Payne – who has transformed her high school current issues class into South Carolina’s most popular political forum – joins FITS founding editor Sic Willie this evening to discuss her star students, celebrity guests and Sic’s unnatural obsession for her.
Kelly’s also bringing some special guests to the second installment of our weekly radio program, “Face-Off with FITS,” which last week welcomed S.C. Rep. Eric Bedingfield.
You can read more about Kelly and her amazing group of students by clicking here.
Tonight’s show starts at 6:30 p.m. and will run for approximately an hour.

Thank you for being so kind to my students! You treated them like adults . We all really enjoyed the interview tonight and would be honored if you would have us back again!!

Sounded like one heckuva teacher. Were the students on air real students? It’s unbelievable that any teacher could be so appreciated by students. Maybe she gives all A’s! But if she’s legit, we need to clone her because Mr. Willie just hosted the answer to the problem of our state’s dismal school performance.

oooooohhhhh…. pictureessssssss!!!!!

Will the write-up include any of the soft-core porn pictures you have posted that are not appropriate for kids? You have posted so much porn!
Ms. Payne, under all the political hype – you may be a good teacher. But you should have better sense than to expose your students to someone convicted of Criminal Domestic Violence who depends on porn to keep up his hit count.

Thank you for having us on your show last night! You were my fav. guest speaker. Rebecca said Nikki Haley was her “2nd” favorite and I ditto that!! Maybe a close tie with Ashley Landess, she was very cool too!

BIN please stop wasting my employers money. Every time I have to scroll through your ridiculous posts, they’re out another grand.

I read with interest BIN News Editorial Staff’s post critiquing this schoolteacher’s interview. Although I don’t know much about the echo chamber and don’t have a clue how the “system” operates, I’m always a little suspicious of BIN’s rationalizations and motivations. Any post that continuously says the same thing over and over again becomes a redundant annoyance and loses credence. That’s just not a way to establish any sort of credibility, especially when writing from an “anonymous”, fictitious website. BIN”s stock-in-trade appears to be “the bigger the lie, the greater its chance of being believed”. What’s important is for newspapers and other media outlets to bring issues to our attention so that we can sort out the reality from the hype. We have far too many real issues facing this state right now to be distracted by BIN’s hype.

Q:”Were the students on air real students?” -Hardened Admirer
A:Ummm, duh! If you think about it, that question has a common sense answer. It would be extremely hard for someone to pose as someone else on air and get away with it. So, yes, those are real students and I was one of them.
Ms. Payne has been the best teacher I have ever had. I talk about her on air too. just listen.
And NO she does not just “give all A’s” We work hard in her class. Every class she assigns an essay that includes research. In class we watch the news and share opinions and do hands on activities and have mature political/opinionated discussions. Like I said before, we work hard in her class. Hard work does pay off. Look where it’s got us.
