The Status Quo Is Down A Laptop

Veteran S.C. political consultant Warren Tompkins is no doubt touching base with House Speaker Bobby Harrell today to determine which one of them will be responsible for purchasing left-wing blogger Wes Wolfe a new laptop.

Wolfe – who was rejected by the Democratic Caucus before finding his new blogging home with the RINOcrats – recently fried his Mac iBook G4.

And let’s face it, the world simply cannot do without this sort of breaking political news …

(Pickens Sen. Larry) Martin was in the process of the domestic chore of mowing his lawn when Tim Smith of the Greenville News gave him a call.

Obviously, Tompkins and Harrell aren’t going to spring for a new Macbook (or one of the badass Toshibas Sic bought for our staff), so it looks like Wolfe will have to settle for another G4.

Meanwhile, the lovely Mrs. Sic is still at Defcon 1 after Wolfe targeted her and her child with some unflattering remarks during a drunken tirade at a Columbia bar last month.

“I don’t care, if I see him, I’m making a scene,” she told us last week. “I may be seven months pregnant, but I can still put him on his ass.”
