Redneck Teabaggers?
Since no one should ever formulate an opinion on anything in American politics without first consulting comedian-social activist Janeane Garofalo, we decided to go to the fount of all knowledge and wisdom to figure out what to make of all the taxpayer Tea Parties.
From Garofalo’s apperance last week on Keith Olbermann’s MSNBC program …
Let’s be very honest about what this is about. It’s not about bashing Democrats. It’s not about taxes. They have no idea what the Boston Tea Party was about. They don’t know their history at all. This is about hating a black man in the White House. This is racism straight up. That is nothing but a bunch of teabagging rednecks … and there is … and there is no way around that. And you know, you can tell these type of right-wingers anything and they’ll believe it except the truth.
The best part of this interview?
Olbermann spends the first three minutes of the clip making joke after joke about testicles before introducing Garofalo by saying “on a more serious note … ”
Enjoy …

i really wish that these journalists would stop using the term “teabagging”.
to be completely honest, the term is great if you use it with the proper situation (example, playing video games with friends), otherwise, it makes you look really stupid using it to talk about taxes.
just sayin.

Janeane Garofalo still exists? I didn’t know people cared what unfunny C-list comedians had to say.

I think these guys are really on a different planet. They close their ears and yell “la la la la la” and only see what they want to see. The total people count for the parties is coming in around 850k and they try to belittle it. I hate Fox News like the rest of them, but it’s easy to see why Fox is number one in the ratings compared to this junk MSNBC puts out.

Reggie – Keith is NOT a journalist – never has been never will be – he is simply an “entertainer”, a ying to Sean Hannity’s yang.

Moonbats, e.g. Garafalo and Olbermann, are hardline followers of Marx (Karl, not Groucho, unfortunately). One of the basic tenets of Marxism is Bourgeois concepts of “truth” and “facts” do not matter. Whatever you (the State) says is the “truth” is the truth, objective facts nothwithstanding.
For the moonbats (Garafalo and Olbermann), they can easily ignore the facts and the motivations of their political opponents trying to save the Republic, and lie, promoting outright untruths and misinterpretation.
At the very least, the moonbats are the true racists because that is the first thing they think of. They can’t imagine someone having a different view then them unless it is due to “racism”. Americans can oppose the Marxist-Socialist Congress and President on purely Constitutional and economic grounds, but the moonbat racists can only see imaginary “racsim”.

Maybe these folks are a little extreme, but an author on the Palmetto Scoop just called for bring back the Clan, which seems to support her position to some degree.
