He doesn't want "to move up" and that is an asset for him. Judge Barber is grumpy to all equally. The irony of the picture and the story is, that even this hooded dude on the street corner knows that to receive any chance of "justice" or a fair review and hearing in the present SC judicial dicipline process, he has to go ahead and go to the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Even this guy knows not to waste his time filing a complaint against Barber at the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
