Now That’s Making Your Point
We have no idea if “Judge James R. Barber committed Fraud $ Perjury.”
Of course, that’s largely because we have no idea who Judge James R. Barber is, let alone any ruling or official action he’s been involved with.
We also have no clue if S.C. Senate President Glenn McConnell “is trying 2 cover it up!”
It wouldn’t surprise us, but …
What we do know is a black protester decked out in full Ku Klux Klan regalia (and matching Nike airs) is objectively awesome under any circumstances.
The fact that he’s protesting at the busiest, most visible intersection in South Carolina? Even awesomer.
In fact, this is the coolest think to happen at “Main and Gervais” since the late Rev. E. Slave (dressed in a black Santa suit) ascended a ladder and burned the Confederate flag.

Judge Jim Barber is one of the finest, most honest judges we have on the `circuit court bench. He doesn’t want “to move up” and that is an asset for him. Judge Barber is grumpy to all equally.
The irony of the picture and the story is, that even this hooded dude on the street corner knows that to receive any chance of “justice” or a fair review and hearing in the present SC judicial dicipline process, he has to go ahead and go to the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Even this guy knows not to waste his time filing a complaint against Barber at the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.

I love Judge Barber, and he is, indeed, grumpy to all who come before him. He is a great judge, makes just decisions, and is wholly unassailable. A rarity, I know, on the South Carolina bench, but truth just the same.
