No Tea Party For You!
S.C. Treasurer Converse Chellis won’t be speaking at any of the “Tax Day Tea Party” events being held in the Palmetto State tomorrow … but it won’t be for lack of trying.
Chellis tried to finagle his way into a speaking role at one of these events but was promptly (and properly) rebuffed by event organizers.
Good for them.
Chellis is about as conservative as the Obama administration.
Here’s an updated list of the “Tea Party” rallies if you’re interested in going …

The Windjammer event is no longer being held due to conflict with the Charleston event.

I know, I know. We’re not known to elect many fiscal conservatives here in Greenwood (Pinson, O’Dell, Nicholson) but we will have our Tea Party. I wonder which of our elected officals will be there waving their RINO flags.

I love Repugnant Party astro-turf. We’ll see a few dozen ditto-heads too stupid to realize they’re due a tax cut under Obama’s plan and the organizers of this astro-turf protest will have their taxes POSSIBLY raised to the level they were under Daddy Bush #41.
