I’m sorry that the truth hurts your feelings. If you were any jo schmo playing drums for a rock-a-billy band you wouldn’t be opening for Willie Nelson. You’re delusional if you think that your music got you that gig. And, by the way, the Tom Petty reference is ridiculous. First, Tom got famous playing music, you didn’t. Second, and here comes some truth again, face it, you’re no Tom Petty. I know at least a hundred musicians that have twice your talent that will never make any money in a career in music. If any of them had an ocsar, they’d be doing the same thing you are sans the douchiness. So, if you want to play music fine. If you think of yourself as talented as Tom Petty in your own mind, fine. But here’s the kicker, don’t act like a big-ass elephant isn’t in the room when it is.
