“Don’t Go There”
Although our audience numbers in the thousands, some posts really are written for an audience of one.
Like this one.
Earlier today – in the wake of Sic Willie’s “so-called bid” to become chairman of the S.C. Republican Party – it was revealed to us that a certain Palmetto political operative who shall remain nameless has been toying with the idea of going after our founding editor’s family.
Apparently, Sic’s little “play campaign” has made some people in the GOP establishment nervous.
Specifically, this operative has been fed some information from an “opposition research report” (yeah, how crazy is that?) that purports to have “the dirt” on Sic.
It doesn’t, but that’s another story … which begins with a simple question.
Why would anybody need an “opposition research report” to find dirt on a guy whose indiscretions – last time we checked – were pretty much an open book?
Seriously, people. Google him. It’s all there …
Anyway, we’re not into “sending messages” or any juvenile chest-thumping garbage like that. After all, we have attorneys who zealously safeguard our interests – and the interests of Sic’s growing young family.
And they’re on this little matter like white on rice.
Of course, a radiantly six-months pregnant Mrs. Sic does have a message for anyone daring to put her babies in their cross hairs …
“Don’t go there.”

Haha, you are a freak Will.
I’m sure people are scared that a bunch of crazy Southern Baptist activists are going to elect you to lead the SCGOP. You mix quite well with that group.
Every day your blog reads: pimping Nikki Haley, pimping Tom Davis, outlandish claims against people by saying you have “inside sources”, and an ever rising air of paranoia.
Good luck with your life while the rest of this state leaves you behind.

Didn’t you just go there??? You are in the terror dome now Mr. Folks so I suggest you take what is coming.
You should have stayed where you belong on the sidelines!
One last thing you are a PUSSY for CENSORING my previous comment!

“Nate” – We happen to like those two politicians. And last time we checked, we could pimp anybody we wanted.
“Aware” – We censored your comment because you called our founding editor’s wife a “whore,” and somehow we didn’t think that contributed much to the discourse.

P.S. “Terrordome?” Nice …

Hee, discourse. Marvelous.
I seem to remember Sic making reference to “sucking cock” three weeks ago. That’s enlightened discourse if I’ve ever seen it.

Will-
I hate that your family has become a target of this senselessness.
Please keep doing what you are doing and don’t let them scare you off.
You are providing a real service to this state and have more fans out here than you know.
Love,
A (Real) Friend

By the way, butt-face, if your desire is to have all of this result in an investigation to discover the outers — you’ll be outed, too, if you aren’t already, you loser pediatrician freak that, thank God, doesn’t practice.

You have got to be kidding me, you thinned-skinned, ego-maniacal freaks. You touch that mother and her baby and, thank God of my legal guns, and my shotgun is pointed directly up your rectum, you weak-kneed coward. Don’t you ever go there again! (I’ma big-time citizen.)

Keep it up Will. People taking shots at you means your a target. You’ve already done more for this state through this website than the majority of politicians in Columbia have in their entire careers.

New low, people. Afraid of a little frankness? Stoop to threatening and rationalizing with expressions to harm an innocent woman and her unborn child? My, you are daunting in your idiocy. And if you are not adult enough to appreciate a bit of adult relief, get your hypocritical taunting out and go share your “thoughts” with the 700 Club.

Are the police in this state unable to address these gutless threats?

He will shelter you with his wings.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection.

Will:
I regretably have no sympathy for you. Although you clearly have the ability to use this website to offer and facilitate useful discourse, you often choose instead to fill it with derogatory professional and personal attacks, sometime based on complete fabrications, directed at the public officials with whom you disagree. Oh yeah, and when you’re not doing that, you stock the site with T & A. That appears to be the way you want to run your shop, and you’re entitled to do it, but forgive me if I take a derive a small bit of enjoyment should your chickens come home to roost. The tone you take with your discourse (if it is that) is, in my view, immature, insulting, counter-productive, and infantile. As your “family grows,” you might consider “growing up.”

John,
We appreciate your perspective. Good points and worth considering.
Last time we checked, though, we’ve never threatened to go after a five-year-old child or an unborn baby.
That’s not how we roll.
Also, we try to stay away from personal matters unless they directly involve the alleged misuse of tax dollars (i.e. the Lottery Commission stories).
Still, we appreciate you taking the time to comment.
