A cancer-stricken Farrah Fawcett was fighting for her life Sunday night at a Los Angeles hospital where she slipped into unconsciousness as relatives gathered at her bedside.
The former “Charlie’s Angels” star, now 62, has been in an undisclosed hospital since Thursday, and her declining health has doctors fearing the worst.
As Fawcett lay in the hospital, her 24-year-old son Redmond O’Neal was busted for trying to smuggle drugs into a county jail.
Sources tell RadarOnline.com that O’Neal had heroin and Xanax in his possession, which were discovered by guards at a checkpoint when he drove a friend to a detention facility in Santa Clarita, Calif. He was arrested and placed on $25,000 bail.
Yikes. At least it’s not the holidays.
The good news is as long as there are curlers and women with low self-esteem, Farrah Fawcett hair will never go out of style.
