Madonna’s Adoption Denied

Madonna’s bid to adopt another child from the African nation of Malawi was denied today.

The fifty-year-old pop singer – who has two kids of her own – previously adopted a Malawan baby last year, although the child had already been living with her for three years.

That adoption case gained international attention as many felt Madonna’s application was given preferential treatment.

Nonetheless, this time the Malawi High Court – which appears to be located on a dirt road – denied the pop singer’s request based on a residency issue.

Madonna is already appealing the ruling, according to her attorneys.

Frankly, we don’t see what the problem is here.

After all, the math on this one is pretty simple: This toddler is either going to grow up in country where the High Court is situated on a dirt road or hop on a private jet with the most famous female pop singer in the world to live in the lap of luxury for the rest of her life.

Ummm … duh!
