I understand that people need to be responsible for their actions. It’s time to roll back the clock and quit making laws that restrict free markets from operating. If people understood that every time we make a law protecting people from themselves we also give government more power to interfere in all aspects of our lives. Just remember, at first the seatbelt law was a request, then a secondary offense and now a primary offense…..giving the government power is like giving an addict unrestricted access to the drug of their choice….society as a whole loses.

The State is neither good nor bad. They are simply biased beyond all measure of comprehension.
And if you understood anything about payday loans, then you’d understand this as well.
