The big spending politician can be voted out and only cost us some tax money. The over-zealous prosecutor can take away people's very freedoms. The prosecutor on a witch hunt is the ultimate big government power play. Iran-Contra comes to mind. I just hope the Obama Administration holds its own prosecutors as accountable as they are holding Bush's.
