It’s something so awful that it figures one is growing on longtime Hollywood Z-lister and walking annoyance Kathy Griffin.

In fact, here’s Griffin flashing her panties at Paris Hilton in Beverly Hills earlier this week, which for some inexplicable reason has not been made a capital offense in California, and every other state in America for that matter.

Seriously, we need a stronger deterrent to this sort of behavior …
