We Found Luka (Singing Harvey Danger)

We found Luka. She lives on the second floor. She lives upstairs from you. Yes, we think you’ve seen her before.

Actually, her name is Amanda, and we kinda sorta fell in love with her after watching her lip-sync to Harvey Danger’s “Flagpole Sitta” yesterday.

Well, the first verse anyway.

Then we may or may not have spent the whole day on her website Hey Let’s Rage, which basically chronicles her life as someone who is living the life we would be living if we were cool, young and talented.

Seriously … she likes Neko Case. And has a cat named “Stuffed Mushrooms.” And works in an office full of cool people with signs that say “Jay Z – The Name You Can Trust” and other cool things on them.

We’re not lying, Sic Willie (perhaps reliving his band fantasy?) was halfway up I-95 when … uhhh, yeah … his pregnant wife called.

Buzzkill.

Of course he’s still working on a pick-up line that doesn’t involve him saying “hey, do you listen to Built to Spill?”
