Fresh Allegations In Lottery Scandal

lotto

A woman at the center of a brewing sex scandal involving S.C. Lottery Commission CEO Ernest L. Passailaigue is reportedly armed with evidence of the couple’s alleged affair, sources at the agency have confirmed to FITS.

Worse still, that evidence could ultimately prove that an illegal cover-up took place when watchdogs attempted to determine whether or not Passailaigue was creating jobs for his former mistresses at the state agency.

Laura Collins – seen in this file photo – is said to have placed copies of e-mails sent on government addresses and other evidence of her alleged affair with Passailaigue in a safety deposit box in the event she ever needed “leverage” against her boss.

Additionally, sources say both Collins and Passailaigue deleted dozens of these e-mails rather than comply with FOIA requests that specifically requested the production of those documents.

We first reported on this scandal last month, although this new information certainly casts it in a new, more sinister light.

Passailaigue makes $226,829 a year in his position as CEO, while Collins makes $67,100 a year in her position …

And yes, there is some double entendre going on in that last sentence.

Here’s a hint – it’s the word “position.”

More slimeball reporting from sic(k) willie. The National Enquirer would be proud to have him on staff. If he doesn’t have a legit story, not to worry.

He will make one up. This time he quotes even more anonymous sources. You know, like the ones who told him about the mysterious Midlands’ elected official he claimed has a Strom problem. And mystery sources who got him to report the gub’ner paid off the family of some “poor little black girl.”

And everyone is still waiting for details and proof of his latest scam about a so called SLED “beat down squad.”

If there is something to this (and frankly we don’t care) then let nature take its course. It always does.

And, if Ernie leaves, we know eleventy Brazillion better qualified CPAs who will take the job for a third of what SC is paying. Maybe some for less.

And here is a question for sic(k) willie. If someone starts a rumor that Ernie is having an affair with your wife, would it be okay to post a pic of her in a swimming pool with her b@@bs hanging out? Just wondering.

Got to go know. We just heard the Powerball is up to $65M.

We told you that this story was true and that WE “work” there. Ms Collins is NOT the only one. There has been many others. This is immoral and WE have to deal with this filth on a daily basis.

Also, to BIN Watcher, you have no idea what is going on there. As we speak WE have another sexual harassment scandal investigation going on right now with another employee. It starts at the top and trickles down. WE women must NOT tolerate this uncouth behavior. The story IS true!

Oh…Sic Sic Sic…I pray you have not been hired by the Rooster. That play on the word “position” was very dear to him. And all this Sanford-bashing. What’s up with that?

God help you if you have sold your soul to the Rooster.

If not, keep up the great work on the expose’s [say it like the French do]!

Bo, I’ll agree. One snip in back and my day would be so much better. Especially since Jeffrey won’t play with us anymore.

Let’s assume Ernie and others threw away emails that someone had requested via the Freedom of Information Act.

If that is so, what should be the appropriate punishment for hiding public documents from the public?

Everyone talks about open government , transparency, and accountability .

How much are those words really worth if no criminal conduct is pursued for these supposed violations?
