For one, workers comp is no fault and wage and hour you have to prove fault wh/ Wal Mart even so much admitted to. Grossly underpaying employees, and giving them titles of promotion only so they don't have to pay for overtime work is abuse and should be corrected. Last time I checked, Wal Mart wasn't pushing legislation to pay employees less so no conflicts here.... Wage and hour cases and workers comp are so unrelated.
