Wage and hour cases and workers comp are so unrelated. For one, workers comp is no fault and wage and hour you have to prove fault wh/ Wal Mart even so much admitted to. Grossly underpaying employees, and giving them titles of promotion only so they don't have to pay for overtime work is abuse and should be corrected. Last time I checked, Wal Mart wasn't pushing legislation to pay employees less so no conflicts here....

Brad Hutto is in Queen Jean's pocket and vice versa. He'll survive anything short of murdering a Republican in the State House. Well, Jean may even let him get away with that.

It's typical folks' non sequitur post. As I've said many times, he's intellectually and morally bankrupt.

Wally World breaks the law and folks is a happy camper. NO corporation should have to obey the law, don't we realize that's life in folksworld?

Will that's apples and oranges - a wage battle and workers comp reform. On the one hand folks were being grossly underpaid on the other... your poli-erotic fantasies.
