Golf, Anyone?
Sadly, our founding editor’s last trip to the Verizon Heritage Golf Tournament on Hilton Head Island ended in an forgettable moment of inebriated self-expression. Which is why it’s a safe bet he won’t be allowed anywhere near Harbour Town anytime soon.
We thought his “19th Hole” stunt was pretty funny, but apparently the organizers of the event didn’t agree.
Anyway, we’re only two months away from the 2009 Verizon Heritage tournament, which will be played April 13-19 at the Sea Pines Resort.
For information on the tournament, click here.
From the looks of it, tournament organizers could use all the help they can get.

Sic, howzabout you sponsor one of them $5000.00 pro-am slots and invite me to play. I love for you to help out the local Hilton Head economy. Maybe you could prevail on Spartanburg Dist. 7 to kick in some of that $200,000 they were going to pay for a putting green(or whatever).

Senator T…it’s still legal [@ 02.25.09] in the USA to write the name of God. Our Jewish brothers write ‘G-d’ out of reverence, which we think is AWESOME!
