With foreclosures surging across the country, it’s nice to know at least one of the homes going on the market is due to good ole fashioned cheatin’.
Last month, 274,399 U.S. properties were in various states of foreclosure, a ten percent drop from December but an 18% increase from the previous January.
An estimated 10% of the American population has been affected over the past year, but we still don’t think that justifies stealing money from the 90% of people who haven’t missed their payments … and who are now going to remain locked into high interest rates while people who didn’t play by the rules get government bailouts.
Incidentally, South Carolina ranked 30th in the nation in 2008 in its rate of foreclosures, according to RealtyTrac.

Mine is going to be on the market because of the ghost system at Social Security. Since I am not allowed law enforcement, I loose my Part D insurance next week. Then the company Community CCRX will enroll my ghost in an ” all inclusive” Medicare plan…. claiming even more subsidies from the state of South Carolina illegally and I loose my home.
I don’t have representation in Washington DC and neither does any other average South Carolinian……
ya’ll need to remember that so when your homes get taken away, you understand why.
