Lindsey Graham got his “righteous indignation on” in the U.S. Senate yesterday, getting a little testy with California Sen. Barbra Streisand – err, Barbara Boxer – after the latter tried to make him look like a partisan Republican.
Yeah … we laughed at the thought of that, too.
Graham, who’s known around these parts as the “Third Senator from New York,” is for all intents and purposes a Democrat – which come to think of it makes him not unlike most South Carolina “Republican” politicians.
We will give him props for standing up to Boxer, though, and for having a rare flash of clarity with respect to “The One’s” bailout.
“If this is the solution to George Bush’s problems, the country is going to get worse,” Graham rants in the video below. “If this is the new way of doing business – if this is the change we all can believe in – America’s best days are behind her.”
True that …

Wouldn’t it be nice if we had two Lindsey Grahams in the Senate instead of Lindsey and Jim, “the Echo of Rush Limbaugh” DeMint?

Lindsey’s little tirade proves the saying that “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.”
By Lindsey needs to resign February 6, 2009 at 4:08 pm
Any Senator that okayed the last bank bailout bill- with absolutely no oversight on the money- should resign . That piece of legislation signed by pseudo Republicans and Bush was inexcusable.
That legislation in the fall was the kick start to socialism that we are seeing now continue with Obama.
Can Lindsey give us an accounting of where the last 350 to 700 billion has gone?
No he hasn’t a clue .

I find it incredulous that the Republicans now are upset that the Democrats are spending away their grandchildrens’ future. Where was this outrage when we were shipping millions in cash to Iraq everyday? Where was this outrage when Dubya gave away the surplus in the first 6 months of his reign of terror? Come on fellas, your accusations of tax and spend and waste and pork are very hypocritical. You really don’t care about the people living in this state who are undereducated (so they can go and work in the non-existent mills and cotton and tobacco fields) and living hand to mouth. Get over your self-righteousness. The same goes for all of you idiots in the General Assembly and for our mentally ill governor.
