A bunch of talking and little in the way of action. This includes Gov. Mark Sanford especially because for the last two terms he has lacked any kind of vision or direction for the State of South Carolina. His office has continued to push for the same things in each executive budget but lack the presentation of any real mechanisms to manifest these proposals. He is quick to point out the lack of cooperation from the Employment Security Commision (ESC) but fails to show or even present facts that will help the ESC to be more efficient. We need to start expecting more from our elected leaders. This includes a sense of urgency to addressing the facts and certain level of vision and direction to manifest real solutions to the problem.
