Bull Chip

One of the only – and we mean only – times that former President George W. Bush stood up for the taxpayers was in his veto for the reauthorization of S-Chip, or the fraud-ridden “children’s health care” program for states.

S-Chip is your typical feelgood government oxymoron, operating under the tagline “health care for poor, uninsured kids,” but in reality picking up the tab for adults, not-so-poor people and illegal aliens – not to mention children who already have health care.

Wait … so why call it “health care for poor, uninsured kids?” Duh … because you can then accuse anybody who doesn’t vote for it of hating children.

Its price tag? $25 billion.

In what amounts to the first major piece of legislation passed by Congress since the election of President Barack Obama, S-Chip has been reauthorized.

To “The One,” not surprisingly, it’s all about him.

“Providing health care to more than ten million children through the Children’s Health Insurance Program will serve as a down payment on my commitment to ensure that every American has access to quality, affordable health care,” Obama said last week in a statement.

A “down payment on his commitment?” Apparently Obama’s Cult of Personality is going to be fed with our tax dollars.

What Obama didn’t say is that 40% of the program recipients already had health care, an unusually high cannibalization rate. In fact, even the government admits that for every 100 children who gain coverage as a result of SCHIP “there is a corresponding reduction in private coverage of between 25 and 50 children,” according to a recent Congressional Budget Office report.

Obama also neglected to point out that for the program to remain solvent, 22 million people will have to take up smoking in this country over the next decade, according to a recent Heritage Foundation study.

Also, if S-Chip is a “down payment” on anything, it’s socialize medicine.

sic(k) willie you avoid the issue. We need proof of the, so called, SLED “beat down squad.” sic(k), you have made a serious allegation. Prove it.

And prove your bogus claim that a Midlands’ elected official has a Strom problem. And prove your wacko claim the gub’ner paid off the family of some “poor little black girl” in Beaufort.

willie, your credibility, rather, your lack of credibility, is at stake.

WHOA SIC WILLIE>
Are you telling me that I do not deserve to have insurance?
Because this story is….. and how bout this, you try being chronically ill with let’s say LUPUS, not something you go out and just get….
and trying living in the state of South Carolina sick.
No one lets you follow the rules. If you cooperate, you are punished.
If you dont cooperate, you are punished.

Are you aware that the Social Security Administration downtown refuses to admit their own ” administrative decisions” in hearings ?

What would you do if you were told you no longer where a white male. You are, and everyone knows it, but in the sick Social Security world, they may tell you to hire a lawyer if you are a white male…. because you are a white male.

It’s not America and our elected elite are covering up something horredous inside the SSA.

Now as you wait and wait and wait for help, AFTER HELPING YOURSELF FOR ELEVEN YEARS Not everyone is as lucky and fortunate as you. And that doesn’t mean we do not try.

I keep challenging you to tell my story and you obviously do cover up Republican issues and problems….

SCHIP is not a problem, it’s mandatory.
