Honk If You Saw This Coming
Although that headline would have made more sense if this was an afternoon radio program (stay tuned for more on that, FITS fans), you gotta admit the little girl in the picture is pretty cute.
Of course, the fact remains that Americans of all ages should be honking mad over the latest example of how politicians in Washington clearly still have government’s interests, not your interests, at heart.
Why? Because it’s that little girl and millions like her whose futures are currently being mortgaged at an unprecedented clip.
Today, we learn that President-elect Barack Obama’s Bailout 2.0 is not only billions of dollars bigger, but Congressional Democrats are taking out the one sliver of the sh*t sandwich that was actually going to go to, you know, regular folks.
From USA Today:
The economic stimulus plan taking shape in Congress could cost as much as $850 billion but probably won’t include President-elect Barack Obama’s proposal for a job-creation tax credit, Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and other top Democrats said Wednesday.
Obama had proposed an economic stimulus package that aides, including adviser David Axelrod, estimated at $775 billion, nearly 40% of which would be taken up by tax cuts, including a $3,000 job-creation tax credit.
At a Capitol Hill news conference, Schumer and other congressional Democrats said they will seek to add spending to the plan, arguing that government projects such as school construction will help pull the economy out of its nosedive.
Yeah, let’s build a bunch of new government schools, because that should totally do the trick.
In fact, let’s all stop what we’re doing right now, pick up a hammer and a nail and start building new government schools.
Talk about short bus thinking.
America is flat out going off the cliff, people. And it’s idiots like Schumer who are behind the wheel.

Will, tell us again. Which political party has held the Presidency for the last 8 years? That simple answer may help us understand who is responsible for the mess the USA is in today. Prior to that 8 year period there was a budget surplus. Thanks willie. Thanks markie. Thanks republicrats.
Keep your heads held high as you drive the USA and SC deeper in a hole.

Americans need to hear my story of the most massive case of fraud anyone has ever seen. Investigations are stopped by the powers that be.
When someone who surrenders their Social Security account can prove without a shadow of a doubt that from the surrender date on, someone other than the named recipient got the money, for fifteen years….
When someone can prove that they have an ongoing SSI account they don’t get the money from…..
When someone can prove that they have a second subsidized Medicare Part D account…
When someone can prove that their Medicare number was used 8 years after benefit surrender…. and the Medicare Notice PROCESSED…. indicating the person still HAS a Medicare account……
People we are being ripped off to the tune of more than 700 billion.
This fraud is why Medicaid is cutting services.
This fraud is why I have a written and never addressed threat to stop my payments ( so they can revert back to the black hole)
People wake up- fraud is the problem and your government is participating and allowing massive fraud to cheat the people from their rightful benefits, to cheat the people out of more of their own money
And God only knows what this twenty plus year fraud has costed the people of the state of South Carolina.
I know out federally elected politicians refuse to address it though.
I also know I have 2500 pages of hard copy evidence of this massive over the top fraud.
Let’s ask some questions.
