On Tap: Scarborough Speaks

Former S.C. Rep. Wallace Scarborough just granted FITS an exclusive interview in the wake of his decision yesterday to forgo an appeal of his narrow election defeat to Democrat Anne Peterson Hutto.

The S.C. House of Representatives had been scheduled to begin hearings on the appeal today, but Scarborough instructed his attorneys to pull the plug on the appeal yesterday morning.

Scarborough’s saga has been played out all over the mainstream media as well as the political blogs (including this one), but one-on-one interviews with the James Island insurance executive have been hard to come by.
