New Media … No, Really

Two new South Carolina media websites have been launched recently at opposite ends of the state, and while neither one of them is quite as sexy as we are, we gotta say we’re pretty impressed.

In fact one of the sites, the Journal Watchdog, has already been featured here on FITS, except it was back when they were going by their more institutional name, the Greenville Journal.

And based on their previous reporting of the State Department of Education’s B.S. SAT scores, we’re expecting great things from them …

The other site is down in Charleston and it’s called The Digitel.

Both sites have a decidedly local flair, but it looks like they’ll be following SC politics pretty closely … which means you might want to go ahead and add them to your list …

If sic(k) willie is promoting them, then you know they are part of a “vast” Republi-crap, Demo-crap-lican and Liber-republi-cratic “conspiracy” to make the public think a few paid political hacks xxconsultants rule SC opinions.

What a scam. Case in point. Howie has spent Brazillions of his carpetbugger dollars on randy Randy and his SCRG, Voice for Vocher Scams and related bogus groups promoting vouchers. They even went after a Midlands’ elected official.

And what happened? Vouchers are dead in SC. Ask Jakie. He knows!

Speaking of bogus groups, check out all of the “policy councils” and “stink tanks” and various other overpaid wackos who try to spin their political crackpot ideas on SC. All in the name of what? Political scams!

Get some news, people. Read the newspapers. Pick one. The State in Columbia, The T&D in Orangeburg, Charleston’s Post&Courier, Aiken Standard, Greenville News, Florence Morning News, Hilton Head’s Island Packet, Union Daily Times, Spartanburg Herald-Journal, The Columbia Record, The Daily Planet.

Read them all. We do. Particularly The Record and Daily Planet!

Newspapers bring news. Skip Editorial Pages if you fear your political ideas are weak. Newspapers bring honest news. Blogs (most) bring political spin.

Earl Capps, bubba, you’re better than most.

But, sic(k) willie also brings porn.
