You may recall pompous, overly-tanned NBC anchor Brian Williams (a.k.a. “Dickweed”) bitching recently about bloggers infringing on his journalistic turf, derisively referring to them as bathrobe-wearing modem-owners who “haven’t left the efficiency apartment in two years.”
And in case you didn’t recall, here you go.
Oh, and here’s some additional pretentiousness from this donkey-ball sucker who gets paid six figures to read Barack Obama’s talking points on a nightly basis.
Well, with all due respect to Williams, at least bloggers sitting at home in their bathrobes are not impeding minority access to transportation, which this gaggle of MSM reporters and photographers did yesterday morning to Illinois Senator-designate Roland Burris after his dramatic visit to Capitol Hill.
Seriously, Holmes couldn’t even find his ride because of all the cameras in his face.

Somebody needs to holla, people, because this is a violation.
Hopefully, once Burris is seated he will file a bill permitting citizens to punch these jackasses in the face whenever they try to perform colonoscopies with their zoom lenses.
Update – In case anybody was wondering, Mrs. Sic hooked our favorite bad boy up with a sweet green vellour bathrobe for Christmas. Is he wearing it right now? Oh yeah, baby … and nothing else. :)

I hope it works for you, Mrs. Sic. My mother has bought my dad so many bathrobes over the past 48 years we could clothe all the nekkid chil’runs in Africa. This was, of course, to try and get him to quit walking the yard in his thread-bare pajamas. It hasn’t worked yet.

Good Grief! but you people are shallow. Brian Williams is on the golden boy train. He seems like a nice fellow — but My!!! the Charmed Life some journalists lead. Some of us have to fight for every frickin’ piece of scoop — just trying to help out the common man — like you, Crooner, and even you, Toyota Kawaschmucki.
Then, what we are thrown is a convoluted piece of the history someone else is trying to create!!!
This is what happened @ The State newspaper, anyway. Maybe things will change — I see they have made some managerial changes………….
