Hundreds of thousands – if not millions – of well chosen oaths already been spewed at the corruption and ineptitude of our Republican and Democratic politicians in Washington, D.C.
These are the same smooth-talking jokers, you’ll remember, who took America’s bad economic situation and made it worse with their insanely expensive, incompetently-administered and tragically un-American market interventionism.
But government had to “do something,” these idiots kept telling us over and over again, and boy did it ever.
Yet trillions of taxpayer dollars later, things are even worse than they were before. And worse still, there’s little to no accounting for how all of that money was spent.
Frankly, all the government lenders and Wall Street suckers who got us into this mess in the first place got bailed out, while the rest of America – families, small businesses, retailers, etc. – were left to bite the bullet.
It’s another classic example of a little thing we like to call a “bipartisanshitstorm.”
Anyway, as he has so many times in the past, cartoonist William Warren hit the nail on the head again today with another brilliant cartoon …
