Why does anyone care? it’s a PRIVATE club, they are free to do what they please. Not only that there are plenty of “black only” associations. See leave them alone.

Dont know about groups that do not allow whites except black frats or sororities which were created in response to the exclusion by white frats and sororities. Anyhow, this should be no problem as long as whites dont complain about non-whites sitting in groups in school cafeteria and not assimilating into the mainstream.

The “deed to the property” excuse for not admitting blacks is a bunch of BS. Those sorts of restrictions were invalidated decades ago by the courts (including, I believe, the US Supreme Court). They are unenforceable as a matter of law.

That’s not saying they should or should not — it is their Club, and there are groups that don’t allow whites, for that matter..private association is perfectly legal (and should remain so) — but blaming the lack of black membership of some deed restriction is a red herring.
