Ah … the morning routine.

After checking our nonexistent stock portfolio on CNN Money, skimming Palmetto political news over on SC Hotline, getting our sports fix from With Leather or DeadSpin and taking a quick run up the inappropriateness flagpole with Tyler Durden or The Superficial, we like to round out our morning update with The Thug Report.

That’s right … all the “urban crime news” that’s fit to print is now available in one place – and it’s awesomer and even more “thug-tastic” than you could have ever imagined.

The Thug Report is dedicated to exposing the problem of urban crime, i.e. “the war zone that is the (American) inner city.”

So what is “urban crime?”

Well, it’s crime that is “violent, drug motivated, or both. This includes shootings, muggings, robberies, carjackings, for starters. We sometimes include politicians, when they behave particularly badly. Basically, we’re talking about the crimes which take beautiful, historic cities and turn them into dangerous slums.”
