Our Hearts Are Open To Jane Seymour
We have yet to head over to Kay Jewelers this holiday season, but it goes without saying that actress Jane Seymour’s “Open Hearts” collection is high on our list of “must haves,” people.
Along with some new Wellingtons and a mixer, of course.
Seriously … ever since Mrs. Sic Willie told us that the line of necklaces look like “tits and ass” to her (God bless Mrs. Sic), getting our hands on them is literally all we can think about.
Well, that and the classic Wedding Crashers’ scene when the scintillating British actress takes her shirt off in front of Owen Wilson and tells him “I’m not letting you out of this room until you feel them.”
And, of course, the hilarious post-mortem …
Greatest movie ever? Duh, yes.
Anyway, according to Seymour the inspiration for her collection came while she was painting, and “noticed that every time I painted a heart it was always open and when there were two or more they were always connected.”
Seymour says she wants her open hearts design to become “a universal symbol of hope and love.”
“If your heart is open, love will always find its way in,” she says.
Which obviously ignores the fact that it could also “always find its way out.”
But hey, we’re not here to ruin the moment. Except to say that Mrs. Sic is right … all we see is T&A, too.
