We will probably lay off teachers because of this. They increased spending 40% over the past few years. They cut taxes to generate revenue that never developed. They are now having to look at a second round of budget cuts because of their ineptness. They will probably resort to across the board cuts because they won't have the courage to make targeted cuts. Lastly, they don't have the guts to record their votes on second readings of bills. My own House member won't respond to my e-mails (Marion Frye).
