		<description>You would hope that they can fix the bugs in the system.  However, why would the Governor flash a big &quot;attack here&quot; sign on the state house.  Even McGruff the crime dog says that criminals attack the lowest common denominator on security.  If you are undefended well it makes an enticing target.  Do you think Sanford would be praising the General Assembly after an attack if the money was not spent?</description>
