She’s Still Hot For McCain

Election Day is finally here, people. And while GOP presidential nominee John McCain appears to have an uphill – if not impossible – climb ahead of him in order to beat Democrat Barack Obama for the White House, he does still have the support of the coveted “80-Year-Old Females Wearing Annoying Patriotic Shirts” demographic.

Which let’s face it … could be a key voting bloc in the swing state of Florida, where “80-Year-Old Females Wearing Annoying Patriotic Shirts” pretty much won the 2000 election for George W. Bush … and seriously, people, how awesome has that been!

Wait … never mind.

Anyway, today is Election Day, where millions of Americans exercise their patriotic right to choose between the lesser of two evils … in this case, a socialist who wants spread our wealth around and a grumpy old man who no longer has the energy to fight the Washington establishment the way he did eight years ago.

We begrudgingly endorsed McCain last week, but let’s face it … we can’t blame anybody for deciding to sit this one out.

By HUGE turnout in NE Cola... on November 4th, 2008 at 9:29 am

Never seen anything like this morning’s turnout in NE Columbia. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say SC’s gonna turn blue this evening. Heard it here first.

MANDATE, MANDATE! SC goes Blue! Now to change the rest of the State in 2010!
Finally, a larger majority of South Carolinians will vote and will finally get the representation the greater majority needs.
The other largest meltdown in ‘08….. the Republican Party!
Good bye hate, fear, greed and race….. the pinacle of the Repubs! Democrats have had to prove the ‘liberal’ label is a good thing. Try to define hate, fear, greed and race to be a good thing. Republicans will forever be described with these attributes……. Thank you God!

Mount Pleasant, SC precinct had the biggest turn out I have ever seen – by a long shot.

I hope we can throw all the scoundrels out and start over – I would vote for Bozo the Clown – as long as he wasn’t an incumbent- (come to think of it Henry Brown does kind of look like Bozo)

Of course the saddest thing is to vote you have to use the idiot electronic touch screen machine- which has no paper receipt- how dam dumb can SC be allowing us to “hope” our vote counts with no way- except by trusting our government – of checking if the machine has been tampered with .

Roger, seriously — hate, fear, greed and race? Do you really think 40-something percent of Americans wake up each morning wondering “how can I advance the cause of hate, fear, greed and race?” That’s just ignorant. You may disagree with Republicans, but to think that is what they stand for is just foolish. Roger, you need to get out more.
