Some Plumber Won The Presidential Debate

Some plumber named Joe Wurzelbacher from Ohio was the star of the third and final presidential debate between John McCain and Barack Obama (a.k.a. “McBama”) last night, and at this point we’re seriously thinking about writing him in for President.

No kidding – this guy is precisely the sort of person we need in charge of the country right now. And all we know about him is that he’s a plumber who doesn’t want his taxes raised. And may or may not have plumber crack.

Anyway, in case you missed it, Joe met Barack Obama earlier this week at a campaign stop in Holland, Ohio, and instead of fawning all over the Illinois Senator (like everybody else on the planet), he actually took advantage of the opportunity to ask Obama some pretty pointed questions.

After Joe informed Obama that his new tax plan was going to keep him from buying a small plumbing business, Obama replied that he wasn’t trying to “punish (Joe’s) success,” but that “when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”

In the video above, Joe pretty much calls Obama’s answer what it is – socialism.

Of course socialism as a governing philosophy happens to be all the rage right now … in America, of all places.

It’s been enthusiastically embraced this year by both Democrats and Republicans, as well as the mainstream media, which has been pushing the whole “redistribution of wealth” thing for years.

In fact, with a few exceptions, things have gotten to the point in American politics these days where you almost have to be a socialist to get elected. Well, either that or look like Sarah Palin (which is looking like it may not work, either).

Frankly, Joe’s emergence on the national scene should serve as a reminder of just how out of touch both parties have become with millions of people just like him. And like us.

It probably won’t, but it should.

Anyway, we’re officially writing in Joe Wurzelbacher, the plumber, for president. We’re also suggesting that he somehow incorporate “just say yes to crack” into his campaign messaging.

Because that would be funny.

Great piece, but did you see where the McCain campaign is kicking themselves because it turns out that Joe Wurzelbacher is related to Charles Keating of the infamous Keating 5 scandal. Hilarious.

Poor Plumber Joe is a fiscally conservative voter without a party . I know the feeling. Last night in the debate, neither candidate could even come close to showing how they would balance the budget. Clearly, it is not a priority for either of them.
Plumber Joe knows when federal spending increases – his taxes are going to increase too – under McCain or Obama.

Last night’s debate just further convinced me to vote for Chuck Baldwin on the Constitution Party ticket.

Joe’s not a voter at all – he’s apparently not even registered to vote.

Looks like the plumbers union and the dumbcrats are in high gear trying to create an issue for Joe. The Plumbers Union was one of the first to endorse Hussein campaign. Makes you want to pay Union dues doesn’t it?

    Joe doesn’t have a plumber’s license.

Jaded, is a license required? If so, is he working under someone elses license? Why does it matter? He has an opportunity to buy a business and is concerned with Hussein’s economic policies, Hussein says he wants to distribute wealth, I’d be concerned if I were making this kind of investment.

the fact that anyone is praising McCain for his performance in the third debate proves that he and Palin have lowered people’s expectations down to nothing (don’t forget, the VP debates were a tie!)
