Breastfeeding Is Good
We honestly don’t get women who refuse to breastfeed their kids … just as we honestly don’t get all the controversy surrounding Angelina Jolie’s “super not-so-secret” breastfeeding picture on the upcoming cover of W magazine.
First of all, it’s not “sexy.” It’s natural, healthy and wonderful (dare we say miraculous), but it ain’t sexy.
Now don’t get us wrong, Angelina’s nipples are amazing. In fact, they’re ranked Nos. 2 & 3 on our list of the “Seven Modern Wonders of the World,” but for whatever reason we prefer to look at them without an infant’s hand in the picture.

Anyway, breastfeeding is good for babies. It helps build their immune systems and makes them stronger and healthier. Every woman who can breastfeed, should breastfeed, scientists tell us.
Just make sure you don’t ween your young one too early, lest they end up like our founding editor …

Breastfeeding is awesome. Babies don’t have a high functioning immune system even at the latter part of their 1st year of life. Breast milk has all the antibodies to the whole host of bacteria the mom has encountered for her whole life…and you don’t have as many bottles to clean. God, the eye of the master and the great designer, hit this one out of the park.
If you are dating/married/otherwise in a relationship and your woman wants a baby but does not want to breastfeed….just get a cat..its better for everyone.
