Somebody’s In Trouble …
With its unique assortment of dim bulbs and overweight attention whores, the political scene up in Spartanburg County S.C. is like watching a particularly roughneck episode of Jerry Springer … minus the “final thought,” of course.
Anyway, the latest “Sparkle City” drama involves allegations that Republican State Senate candidate Mike Gardner is bribing law enforcement officers in his campaign against incumbent Democratic Sen. Glenn Reese.
Of course, the allegations – which first appeared in the comment section of an online Spartanburg Herald-Journal article – have allegedly been traced back to Sen. Reese’s son, Michael, an active Democratic blogger and volunteer on his father’s campaign.
From the Carolina Truth Coalition website:
Either Gardner is attempting to bribe law enforcement officers, or Glenn Reese family members (and by association, his campaign) have crossed from political attack to libel.
If law enforcement officers are on the take or if Gardner is trying to bribe them as Michael Reese contends, State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) Chief Reggie Lloyd and/or 7th Circuit Solicitor Trey Gowdy should initiate an immediate investigation and prosecute violators to the fullest extent of the law. We don’t need dishonesty in areas protecting the public trust, and the election is less than a month away.
If Reese’s allegations are fabrications created solely to cast a negative light on Gardner, his accusations fall under the category of libel.
Aside from the fact that whoever gets caught lying in this particular instance is pretty much effed, it’s important to ask yourself, “What Would Mr. Potato Head Do?”
Well, after he shoved some of Sen. Reese’s Krispy Kreme do-nuts down his throat … sorta like former Prez Bill Clinton is about to do in the picture below … mmmmm, do-nuts.

What is it about sons of Democrat state legislators? First, we have the idiot in TN hack Sarah Palin’s email and now Michael Reese pulls this? Unbelieveable. Do they think they are above the law?

If michael is found to be guilty, then he should pay whatever penalty the law proscribes. As far as the father, well unless we can prove his culpability, let the voters decide.

FITS:
We know that Michael Reese slanders our candidates all the time…..we hear it comes from spending too much with a certain kind of liquid!
I told him numerous times that he is out of control!
What you have reported is only the tip of the iceberg of what stunts he has done and will do prior to November 4th….
Pay particular attention to the resons the REESE/OBAMA clan gives for missing the debate on Monday October 20th!
REESE was an early endorser of OBAMA and then asks GOP voters to vote for him…..is the REESE clan off-balance????
WOW!

Another paid advertisement from the broke dick party trying to find itself. Well, I guess it’s better than listening to the lies from the Hussein camp.

FITS!,
I just saw this! I didn’t know you picked this up! I can email you a ton more details this week if you would like to take this further. Hope you’ve been doing well, I really like the new website. By the way, we need to talk about the concert I’m going up to see in NYC in a few weeks! I think you’ll like it! And by the way Rick Beltram …. the SC GOP is not getting involved in this race, they see where Sen. Glenn Reese is polling 2 to 1. You should be more worried about your other races ….. Millwood and Cole are both not polling very well.
